How Rollip handles information on the web and in its mobile apps.
This Privacy Policy explains how Rollip ("Rollip", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Rollip website, web editor, or mobile applications (together, the "Service"). Rollip does not require you to create an account, but some information is needed to process edits, maintain credits, keep the Service reliable, and provide optional rewarded advertising.
When you request an edit, we receive the photo and instructions you choose to submit. We use them to perform the requested edit, return the result, support retries, and make the result available for download or sharing. Rollip does not use uploaded photos to train AI models.
The Service may create a random browser or installation identifier. We may also process credit balances, edit and rewarded-ad progress, requested effects, timestamps, page or screen information, app and operating-system versions, browser type, language, screen dimensions, IP address, and diagnostic or error information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the Service. It is not intended to identify you by name.
If you contact support, we receive the email address and message you provide. Apple or Google processes mobile purchases and may send Rollip a transaction receipt or status needed to deliver or restore credits. Rollip does not receive your full payment-card details.
The web editor uses browser storage to keep a random anonymous identifier and operational state such as credits and edit progress associated with that browser. Rollip may also use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, request validation, and normal site operation.
When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, measure, and protect the ad. Where required, Rollip requests consent before making an advertising request.
Rollip does not use automatic display ads on its public pages. In the web editor and supported mobile apps, you may voluntarily choose to watch a Google-served rewarded ad in exchange for edit credit. Declining or closing the offer does not prevent you from returning to the editor.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to Rollip or other sites and apps. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and manage personalized-ad choices in Google Ads Settings.
Rollip does not sell your uploaded photos or use them to build advertising profiles. We do not attempt to identify you from an anonymous browser or installation identifier.
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, including to:
These providers may process information in countries other than your own and operate under their own privacy terms as well as their agreements with Rollip.
Operational records, security logs, credit transactions, purchase records, and support messages may be retained longer when needed to provide the Service, prevent abuse, keep financial records, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transfer, access controls, temporary media storage, and automatic media deletion. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Rollip is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Do not upload unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual images, and take particular care before uploading an image of a minor.
Generated results are created automatically by third-party AI processing providers. Results can be inaccurate or unexpectedly resemble people, brands, designs, or other works. You are responsible for having permission to upload the source material and for reviewing and lawfully using the result.
We may update this policy as Rollip or its providers change. We will update the date at the top when we do. If you have a question about this policy or Rollip's data practices, please contact us.
